Wendy has a AAS of Occupational Safety and Health from Kilgore College in Texas. She started her career working at a concrete plant in Texas after a couple of years she decided it was time to move back to Wyoming. She worked for a welding company for 2 years and with the help and guidance of the owner of the company she started the consulting business. She has consulted for over 13 years specializing in tank battery new construction, permit required confined space entry on drilling rigs and produced locations and site safety supervision. She is a certified safety trainer and has experience and expertise in developing, designing, and delivering safety training.

Jason has held different safety-sensitive jobs from lease operating, plant operator and completion foreman. With over 14 years of field experience Jasons highest priority has always been the safety of all individuals on location. Jason's highly experienced in workover rig and completion operations, site supervision and gas plant facilities including lockout tagout and hotwork supervision.
